Code:

General:

  • Added NVIDIA Reflex to the game (this can be toggled in the game settings).

Bugs:

  • Fixed a bug in the developer console, causing hidden convars to have their values still logged in the summary field.
  • Fixed a bug that caused UserCmd packets to be collated and ultimately dropped if frame rates exceed 190FPS (reported by @wanderer).
  • Fixed a bug that caused the controller's input sample time to be clamped to the frame time, causing inconsistencies in joystick sensitivity.

Security:

  • Implemented token-based authentication on the servers; this is to prevent persona spoofing.
  • Fixed numerous stack-based buffer overflow vulnerabilities in the engine's net message processors.
  • Fixed an out of bounds dictionary caused by a malformed C2S_CONNECT packet (reported by @Robotic).

Exploits:

  • Fixed a temporary deadlock caused by sending a packet with an out sequence number that differs vastly from the previous packet (reported by @wanderer).
  • Fixed speed hacking by adjusting frame times in the UserCmd message.
  • Fixed an exploit that allowed clients to carefully adjust where bullets end up, or when grenades explode.
  • Fixed an out of bounds dictionary on server-side player's 'cycle slot' array when sending a malformed UserCmd message.
  • Fixed a exploit that allows clients to toggle dualwield (akimbo) by carefully adjusting the UserCmd message.
  • Fixed an exploit allowing clients to throw infinite number of throwables by executing a concommand (reported by @zee_x64)

Scripts

Summary:

  • Flowstate gamemodes overhauled.
  • Improved real-time scoreboard, now it shows the damage done and latency for all players.
  • Custom Holosprays
  • Custom Player Models: r2 Blisk, Apex Mobile Fade and Amongus Crewmate as starting Flowstate custom models pack.
  • S18 values.
  • New gamemode: Flowstate Infected. Survive to the infection and take the EVAC ship to win!
  • New gamemode: Flowstate Survival Trios, Duos and Solos.

Flowstate Survival:
Multiple systems fixed or implemented.
Multiple bugs and crashers in the base s0 code fixed.
