[PTC] v2.61.2 Update

This update focuses on small tweaks and bug fixes.

• Fixed broken streamed textures on 1v1 lobby.
• Fixed a gui crash on Aim Trainer.
• Added a new charm option to 1v1.
• Fixed broken self revive animations.
• Updated Lifeline handsfree revive animations to newer version.
• Fixed missing lifeline drone animation on "Doctor's Orders" Rampart pose.
• Fixed missing audio and subtitles for season 5 intro launch video.
• Some other undocumented small tweaks and bug fixes.
