Rampart has been added to R5Reloaded

• Abilities are currently disabled, will be added in the future..
• Rampart cosmetics are based on season 6.
• Rare+ banner frames temporarily disabled.

Other Changes

• Fixed script crash when a banner is taken from deathbox.
• Credit panel tiers reworked and now controlled by datatable.
  • To seperate project owner from other contributors, rarity levels are changed
  • Project owner: Red - Heirloom tier
  • Others: Yellow - Legendary tier
• Updated localizations.
