[PLAYTEST] v2.6.6a Hotfix

This is a small hotfix that fixes some minor glitches.

• Fixed broken L-Star hipfire recoil
• L - Star reload animation has been removed to match more with retail
• Lobby Freeroam and Change Map buttons are merged together, now there is only one button that will auto ask the map player wants to play
• Fixed stretched lobby ui images
• Networking audit in scripts to improve net throughput and reduce buffer usage allowing for more gamemodes to load
